Honest Questions.
Biblical Truth.
Helping people discover Jesus Christ, return to Him, understand the Christian faith, and grow deeper in God’s Word.
You Don’t Have to Have All the Answers
Faith often begins with questions.
Maybe you’re exploring Christianity for the first time. Maybe you once believed but somewhere along the way you drifted. Or maybe you’ve followed Christ for years and you’re looking for something deeper than another quick religious answer.
Mountain Veteran Ministries exists to help you look seriously at Jesus, Scripture, salvation, Christian living, and the difficult questions people are sometimes afraid to ask.
Where Are You in Your Journey?
You don’t need to know where everything leads. Just begin with the question that matters most right now.
I’m Trying to Understand Jesus
Start with who Jesus said He was, what He taught, why He came, and why Christians believe He changes everything.

Christianity does not require us to pretend hard questions do not exist. Let’s face them honestly and see what Scripture actually says.
It All Comes Back to Jesus
Christianity is not primarily a political movement, a denomination, a moral philosophy, or a religious institution.
At its center stands a person: Jesus Christ.
Before worrying about every theological debate, church tradition, or denominational disagreement, start by listening to Jesus Himself.
“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

One Veteran’s Walk With Christ — A Ministry for Everyone
“Mountain Veteran” is my name for this work. You don’t need a service record to belong here.
Mountain Veteran Ministries is the digital discipleship and biblical learning ministry of Wy’East Community Church in Odell and Pine Grove, Oregon.
The name reflects my own journey as a Vietnam veteran, a later-in-life follower of Christ, and someone who has spent years searching Scripture and Christian teaching for answers that go deeper than slogans.
The ministry itself is for anyone willing to ask the questions, open the Bible, and take a serious look at Jesus Christ.
