Book of John
The Word Made Flesh: Encounters with Jesus in the Gospel of John is a six-week Bible study that traces the most personal moments in John’s Gospel — Jesus meeting people one on one, in their need, their doubt, their grief, and their failure. Each week focuses on a different encounter: the insider who came at night, the outsider found at a well, the man who waited 38 years, the shepherd who chose the cross, the disciples in the upper room, and the friend restored over a breakfast fire. Discussion questions draw on lived experience, making this study especially suited for small groups where people have stories worth telling. No background in theology required — just a willingness to show up and be honest.
